Foundations play a vital role in our ability to deliver quality STEM programming to students. If you are a foundation representative, we invite you to learn more about our work and explore the ways in which we align with your organization's mission. We welcome the opportunity to engage in a dialogue about how we can partner with you to create a positive impact. Please contact us to initiate a conversation or to invite us to apply for a grant. We look forward to working together to achieve our shared goals.
STEM N SCHOOLS Program: KNT partners with schools to empower teachers to incorporate STEM into their current lessons. We provide everything teachers need to access STEM resources and implement them in their classrooms, including comprehensive teacher training, easy-to-follow lesson plans, and classroom STEM Kits. The cost to sponsor one school, serving approximately 400 students, starts at $30,000.
STEM Saturday Program: Learners from local schools come to learn computer science and build creativity, communication, and team-building skills. Lunch, materials, and equipment are included. Workshops are led by volunteer teachers, STEM professionals, and college students. The cost to implement STEM Saturdays is $1200 per Saturday. Charlotte Office Space: We are expanding to meet the needs of schools requesting STEM, and we need to secure a physical office space for our employees and volunteers to work cohesively. Sponsorships to support a physical office space start at $10,000. Human Capital - Volunteers: We always need professionals with web development, content marketing, digital marketing, social media management, teaching, visual programming, gaming, teacher assistance, grant writing, or administrative skills. Please use our Contact page to introduce yourself, and our director will respond with additional information.
